He further pursued Diploma in National Board (DNB) in Cardiology in 2010 from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre.
Dr. Sabale served as Medical Officer for Government of Maharashtra Primary Health Centre in Ahmednagar for one year where he conducted various school health campaigns, polio awareness programs, tubectomy camps besides handling various emergencies like snake and scorpion bites in remote rural areas. He served as a Consultant Physician in a Private Hospital at Panvel (New Mumbai) for approximately a year, Senior resident (August 2006 –March 2007) in Dept of Cardiology- AIMS in Cochin, Kerala and DNB trainee (Cardiology) in the same hospital from March 2007 to March 2010. Currently, he is serving as Consultant and Interventional Cardiologist at Ruby Ailcare Cardiac Centre Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial Hospital in Pimpri, Pune; Pratibha Hospital and Heart Care Centre, Krishna Hospital and Research Centre and Superspeciality Cardiac Care Centre in Satara.
Dr. Sabale also has teaching experience for close to a decade. He was in-charge of bedside clinical demonstrations for medical students and interns at Dr. V M Medical College, Solapur where he also served as Lecturer in Dept of Medicine. He has also taught UGs and PGs of AIMS, Kochi while completing his Residency.
Dr. Sabale has an extensive exposure to Invasive and Non-Invasive Procedures. He is experienced in 2D Echocardiography and Colour Doppler study in all variety of complex Congenital, Rheumatic, IHD and Cardiomyopathy, Trans-Esophageal Echo-cardiographies (TEE). Till date, he has done more than 10000 Echo studies and has performed more than 5000 Angiographies, 250 Angioplasties and 50 Permanent Pacemaker Implantations independently. He has assisted in more than 500 angioplasties, 100 Balloon Mitral Valvotomies and ASD Closure by Amplatz Device.
Dr. Sabale is equally concerned about the society and is extensively engaged for its betterment. He has been regularly organising camps for detection and treatment of cardiac diseases in rural areas. Dr. Sable takes special interest in delivering lectures and conducting ECG workshops for General Practioners. His focus always lies in spreading awareness of cardiac diseases at different forums for the masses. Dr. Sabale has written articles in local newspapers about cardiac diseases– ‘Prevention and Management’ in addition to delivering lectures on local television and radio channels about Interventional Cardiology. He regularly attends National and International Conferences, DNB Updates and CME's to enhance his expertise in Cardiology.
